-Tenants will need references that the landlord can verify.
-Letter of employment required.
-Lessee must fill out the attached RENTAL VERIFICATION FORM($50.00 plus tax fee applies/per
person) and attach to all offers.
-Credit report to be approved by the lessor.
-Lease application to be verified by lessor.
-Proof of tenant insurance($2,000,000 liability).
-Rent Payments by e-transfer.
-NO AIRBNB!! NO sub-Leasing.
-The cost for any plumbing interventions required as a result of tenant negligence (clogged
toilet, grease build-up in sink, hair clogs in drain, etc) will be borne by the tenant.
-ALL VISITS WITH A MINIMUM 24 HOUR NOTICE.
