1) No animals (1 DOG LESS THAN 15 LBS, 1 CAT IS ALLOWED) are accepted, including animals and reptiles.

2) NON-SMOKING HOUSE (ANY TYPE OF SMOKER IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE). All tobacco products, including Vaping and Cannabis are prohibited in the apartment.

3) All work or painting must be approved by the owner and carried out by a professional.

4) You can't make any holes in cabinet doors or any other doors of the house or outside building or balcony.

5) Cannot change front lock key. Fees of $155 dollars will be charged.

6) No stickers may be affixed to ceilings or walls and any other surface cabinets etc...

7) You cannot put TV dome or anything else on exterior building and cover.

8) No television on fireplace wall or hook-up.

9) No accessory may be placed on the building.

10) No putty gasket repairs can be made.

11) The accommodation must be left in the same cleanliness, including windows and complete apartment.

12) No smoking of MEDICAL MARIJUANA OR NOT IN THE ACCOMMODATION and balcony.

13) Forbidden to grow MARIJUANA IN THE ACCOMMODATION and balcony.

14) References and a credit check are required.

15) The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of insurance (liability coverage of $2,000,000 and contents coverage) prior to occupancy.
