- Renovated the entire basement including the workshop. Spray urethane insulation on the walls
with mineral wool (firewall) Roxul 1-1/2'' in front. Factor R28. R5 insulated floor.
- Addition of an air exchanger.
- Added a central sweeper.
- Change the electrical panel.
- Change the fences all around the property.
- Completely landscaped courtyard. Addition of a semi-inground wooden pool.
- Re-insulation of all the walls from the outside. Roxul mineral wool, BP R4 panel, Pare
air (Novawrap) as well as 3M membrane on the windows. Replace the coating all
round the house for white vinyl.
- Re-insulation of the attic. Changed from R12 to R52.
- Roof redone with addition of a ''ridge vent'' on the roof of the veranda to improve air circulation in the cathedral ceiling.
